What we collect

Coolcheck processes the data you submit through the tool — your water management plan parameters and your reading log as CSV — entirely in the request. The data is used to compute compliance findings and is not stored, logged, or retained server-side after the response is returned.

• Plan parameters: the control limits, frequencies, and section references you enter.
• Reading log: the CSV content you paste or upload, including dates, locations, parameter names, values, and units.

Coolcheck does not require an account, does not set authentication cookies, and does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, or IP address beyond what is necessary for the HTTP request itself.

How we use it

Submitted data is used only to compute compliance findings: comparing each reading against the plan's control limits and monitoring frequencies, and returning out-of-range, overdue, and missing findings with clause citations. The computation completes in one request and the results are returned to your browser. No data is stored server-side.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use tracking cookies. The only client-side storage used is localStorage for the dark/light theme preference (a single boolean value with no personal data). You can clear it at any time.

Third-party services

This site loads font files from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Google's use of data related to font requests is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. No other third-party services are used.

Data sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your submitted readings or plan parameters to any third party. Since no data is stored server-side, there is nothing to share.

Data retention

Submitted data is processed in-memory during the request and discarded after the response is sent. No logs, caches, or archives of submitted readings or plan parameters are kept.

Your rights

Because this tool does not collect, store, or process personal data in a retrievable form, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about this privacy notice, contact the operator through the channels they have made available.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. No other notification will be sent — there is no email list to notify.
